CARE
Exposure to certain chemicals can damage or discolor precious metals, plated metals and may harm some stones. Substances like hairspray, lotion, perfume or other cosmetics may contain chemicals that will permanently damage the surface of your jewelry.
Excessive heat and sudden temperature changes may also fracture some stones and crystals. Keep pieces away from hard surfaces and be sure to store jewelry in pouches, in soft cloth or padded jewelry boxes when you take it off to avoid scratches.
Plated jewelry should not be worn in the sea, swimming pool, shower or while exercising.
Stones and crystals can be damaged from careless handling and negligence. Most importantly, store each piece of gemstone jewelry separately so they don't scratch. Also keep jewelry away from hard surfaces as this will cause the gold layer to wear away faster.
To clean lightly wipe your gold-plated jewelry with a soft cotton cloth occasionally to help to eliminate any dirt or dust from accumulating on the surface and wearing away the gold layer.
We offer cleaning and stone-tightening, minor repairs and adjustments to jewelry free of charge for domestic orders.
