Refund policy

We try to accurately represent our pieces, we understand that sometimes a piece may not look or fit as expected. We want you to be happy. If you wish to exchange your online purchase, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.   Jewelry pieces are eligible for a refund in the event it is received in perfect condition, unworn and in original packaging and postmarked within 14 days of our issuing a return authorization to you.   

We will only accept items that are in their original condition without wear and damage. All items must be returned in their original packaging, and be insured for the full amount before shipping. We are not responsible for loss or damage of items that occurs during the return process. 

We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges if orders are sent back to us in poor condition.
